A card that can salvage Cyberse monsters when successfully summoned. Salvaging Cyberse monsters is a valuable effect. With 《Salamangreat Meer》or 《Latency》, it will be Special Summoned immediately after collecting it in your hand, so I think it would be good to combine it with this.
The second effect is to recruit Cybers when destroyed. The activation condition is a little passive, but it's a reasonable condition. Since it can be activated even if you destroy it with your own effect, there is a possibility that it will change depending on the new Cybers that will be implemented in the future.

Cybers with salvage effects are still few in number, so even when summoned, this low-level monster with this effect is quite valuable.
Currently, Cybers is good at searching effects and deploying from the hand, so even though it can be recruited directly, the somewhat passive activation conditions in the latter half should basically be viewed as a bonus.

If you're going to go on the junk route at first, at least I wanted Salvage to support Special Summon.
It would be nice if there were more types of monsters with the Cyber Dragon effect, such as Cybers' hand triggers.
In case of emergency, it can be used on the wall, and at least it can be used as an attacker to the extent that it is exposed.
It's not that this card is bad, it's just that the Cybers have poor performance.
